The home rents by the week (saturday to saturday) from May 25th through October 26th in 2013. We do offer a 10% discount, if you rent for a continuous 4 week period during this time. It rents by the entire month from January 1st - April 30th and November 1st through December 31st.

Rates are for up to six persons. Additional persons are $100 per week additional. The home sleeps eight very comfortably. Parties of two or less receive a 10% discount off the rate. Yes, if your party is two or less and you rent for 4 continuous weeks, you will receive a 20% discount!

Payment must be made in advance by credit card (via PayPal system), check or money order. If paying by check or money order, the home must be booked and payment received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

The state of Maine now requires a 7% sales tax on all Maine causal rentals. Therefore, by law, we're required to collect his tax. The rates above DO NOT include this tax. A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required, as well. And, a short term rental agreement must be signed at check-in.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed in the home or on the property, smoking is not permitted in the home and overnight guests are not allowed in the home or on the property.
